| 近年来，小剂量阿司匹林广泛应用于心脑血管事件的预防，但随之而来的不良反应如消化道出血等引起了人们的关注。小剂量阿司匹林导致消化道出血的相关危险因素包括消化道溃疡或出血史、年龄、合用抗凝药等，因此临床应用中权衡利弊、评估风险并制定应对策略非常重要。本文对小剂量阿司匹林与消化道出血的相关文献报道作一综述，以期能提高药物的临床应用价值。 |

| Low-dose aspirin is widely used for the prevention of cerebro-cardiovascular accidents in recent years. However, much attention has been paid to the adverse effects associated with aspirin such as upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Factors that may increase the risk of low-dose aspirin-associated upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage include history of ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding, age, anticoagulants, etc. It is important to weigh the benefits and hazards, assessing risk factors and developing suitable treatment strategy. This article aims at reviewing the correlation between low-dose aspirin and gastrointestinal hemorrhage, hoping to enhance the use of low dose aspirin in clinical practice. |
