| 溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种免疫介导的复杂肠道炎症性疾病,其发病率逐年上升,严重威胁人类健康,但发病机制尚未完全阐明。近年研究显示,肠黏膜屏障在维持肠道稳态和抵御病原侵袭过程中起有核心作用。肠道菌群及其代谢物作为肠道微生态的主体,通过调控机械、化学、免疫和生物屏障功能,成为维持屏障完整性的关键因素。肠道微生态失衡可破坏屏障功能,被认为是UC发病的重要潜在机制。本文就肠道菌群调节肠黏膜屏障在UC发病中的研究进展作一综述,从微生物-代谢-免疫多组学视角,系统阐述肠道菌群及其代谢物对肠黏膜屏障的多维度调控机制及其在UC发生、发展中的关键作用,旨在为新型UC防治策略的开发提供理论依据,推动该领域研究的深入发展。 |

Research Progress on Role of Gut Microbiota in Regulating Intestinal Mucosal Barrier in Pathogenesis of Ulcerative Colitis

| Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a complex immune-mediated intestinal inflammatory disease with an increasing incidence rate, posing a serious threat to human health. However, its pathogenesis has not been fully clarified. Recent studies have shown that the intestinal mucosal barrier plays a central role in maintaining intestinal homeostasis and defending against pathogen invasion. As the main component of the intestinal microecology, gut microbiota and its metabolites serve as key factors in maintaining barrier integrity by regulating mechanical, chemical, immune, and biological barrier functions. Imbalance of intestinal microecology can lead to disruption of barrier function, which is considered an important potential mechanism in the pathogenesis of UC. This article reviewed the research progress on the role of gut microbiota in regulating intestinal mucosal barrier in pathogenesis of UC. From a multi-omics perspective of microbes-metabolites-immune interactions, the multi-dimensional regulatory mechanisms of gut microbiota and their metabolites on the intestinal mucosal barrier, as well as their critical roles in the development and progression of UC were systematically elaborated. These may provide a theoretical basis for developing novel prevention and treatment strategies for UC, thereby further promoting investigations in this field. |
