针刺治疗功能性便秘的机制及其相关性研究进展

| 功能性便秘（FC）是一种常见的功能性肠病，严重影响患者生活质量。近年来，传统中医疗法针刺疗法因其疗效显著，已成为FC治疗领域备受关注的治疗手段。现有研究表明，针刺治疗FC的机制涉及肠道动力、肠道菌群、炎症反应、肠-脑轴等多个方面。本文就针刺调节FC患者肠道菌群代谢物、减轻炎症反应、调控肠-脑轴的机制以及其间的相关性作一综述。 |

Research Progress on Mechanisms of Acupuncture in Treatment of Functional Constipation and Correlations Among Various Mechanisms

| Functional constipation (FC) is a common functional bowel disorder that seriously impairs patients' quality of life. In recent years, acupuncture, a traditional Chinese medicine therapy has attracted considerable attention in the field of FC treatment due to its significant therapeutic efficacy. Existing studies have shown that the mechanisms of acupuncture in treating FC involve multiple aspects, including intestinal motility, gut microbiota, inflammatory response, and gut-brain axis. This article reviewed the mechanisms of acupuncture in modulating gut microbiota metabolites, alleviating inflammatory response, and regulating gut-brain axis in FC patients, and further discuss the correlations among these mechanisms. |
