先进联合疗法治疗难治性克罗恩病的研究进展

| 近年来克罗恩病（CD）患病率不断增加，给全球医疗系统带来日益沉重的疾病负担。尽管新型生物制剂和小分子药物不断问世，但仍无法突破治疗瓶颈。经多种先进疗法治疗无效或术后复发的难治性CD在全部CD患者中占有相当比例，提示CD单药治疗的疗效可能已达上限。联合使用生物制剂或小分子药物的先进联合疗法（ACT）近年来备受关注。本文就ACT治疗难治性CD的研究进展作一综述，以期为该疗法的临床应用提供参考，并展望其未来发展方向。 |

Research Progress on Advanced Combination Therapy for Refractory Crohn′s Disease

| In recent years, the prevalence of Crohn′s disease (CD) has been continuously increasing, imposing an ever-growing burden on global healthcare system. Although novel biologics and small molecule drugs are constantly being developed, they have yet to break through the therapeutic bottleneck. Furthermore, refractory CD, characterized by failure to respond to multiple advanced therapies or recurrence after surgery, accounts for a significant proportion of all CD cases, suggesting that monotherapy may have reached its ceiling. Advanced combination therapy (ACT), which involves the combined use of biologics or small molecule drugs, has attracted considerable attention in recent years. This article reviewed the research progress on ACT for refractory CD, aiming to provide references for clinical application of this therapeutic approach. Its future directions were also discussed. |
