铜死亡在炎症性肠病中作用机制的研究进展

摘    要:
炎症性肠病(IBD)是现代消化病学领域的重大挑战之一,具有病程迁延、反复发作、并发症多等特点。传统免疫抑制剂、生物制剂和外科手术虽能在一定程度上缓解病情,但治疗效果有限,部分患者长期预后不佳。近年来,临床前研究发现,铜死亡在IBD的发病机制中发挥重要作用。铜死亡与氧化应激系统、肠道微生物群组成和脂酰化蛋白密切相关,能促进肠上皮细胞损伤并加重肠道局部炎症。本文就铜死亡在IBD中作用机制的研究进展作一综述,旨在探索IBD相关发病机制,从而为疾病诊疗提供新思路。

Research Progress on Mechanism of Cuproptosis in Inflammatory Bowel Disease

Abstract:
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) represents a significant challenge in modern gastroenterology, characterized by a chronic course, recurrent exacerbations, and numerous complications. Although traditional treatments, including immunosuppressants, biologics, and surgical interventions can alleviate symptoms to some extent, the therapeutic efficacy remains limited, and the long-term prognosis for some patients is poor. Recent preclinical studies have identified cuproptosis as a key mechanism in the pathogenesis of IBD. Cuproptosis is closely associated with oxidative stress system, gut microbiota composition and acylated proteins, contributing to intestinal epithelial cell damage and exacerbating local intestinal inflammation. This article reviewed research progress on mechanism of cuproptosis in IBD, aiming to elucidate IBD-related mechanisms and provide novel insights for disease diagnosis and treatment.
