合生元在溃疡性结肠炎中的研究进展

| 溃疡性结肠炎（UC）是一种反复发作的慢性肠道炎症性疾病，其发病机制尚未完全阐明。近年来，合生元在UC治疗中的作用引起了广泛关注。研究表明，合生元可发挥多机制协同作用，通过调节肠道菌群、保护肠黏膜屏障、调节免疫反应、炎症因子等多种机制缓解肠道炎症，且不同合生元的疗效存在差异。临床研究亦发现补充合生元对UC具有潜在疗效，但尚需高质量研究加以证实。本文就合生元在UC中的研究进展作一综述。 |

Research Progress of Synbiotics in Ulcerative Colitis

| Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic, relapsing inflammatory bowel disease, the pathogenesis of which remains incompletely elucidated. In recent years, the role of synbiotics in its treatment has garnered widespread attention. Research indicates that synbiotics can exert synergistic effects through multiple mechanisms and alleviate intestinal inflammation by regulating gut microbiota, protecting intestinal mucosal barrier, and modulating immune responses and inflammatory factors. Furthermore, the therapeutic efficacy varies among different synbiotics. Clinical studies have also found that synbiotic supplementation holds potential therapeutic benefits for UC; however, high-quality research is still needed for confirmation. This article reviewed the research progress of synbiotics in UC. |
