| 胃电图是记录胃肌电活动、评估胃功能的重要技术。目前，我国较多医疗机构已开展胃电图检查。为规范该技术的操作和应用，中华医学会消化病学分会胃肠动力学组、功能性胃肠病协作组、食管疾病协作组与中国健康促进基金会共同开展胃肠动力诊疗质控评估建设专科协作公益项目，并牵头制定本指南。指南制定过程中邀请国内相关领域专家对国内外相关文献进行检索、梳理、讨论，并多次召开专家研讨会，确定指南内容。本指南包括胃电图的原理、适应证、禁忌证、详细操作流程以及数据分析和解读。 |

Clinical Practice Guidelines for Electrogastrography: Operation and Analysis

| Electrogastrography (EGG) is a vital technique for recording gastric myoelectrical activity and assessing gastric function. Currently, many medical institutions in China have adopted EGG in clinical practice. To standardize its operation and application, Gastrointestinal Motility Group, Collaborative Group of Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders, and Collaborative Group of Esophageal Diseases of Chinese Society of Gastroenterology, Chinese Medical Association, together with the Chinese Health Promotion Foundation, initiated the gastrointestinal motility quality control circle and took the lead in formulating the guidelines. Experts in related fields were invited to systematically retrieve, review, and discuss the relevant literatures, and finalize the content by multiple professional workshops. This guideline covers the principles, indications, contraindications, detailed operational procedures, as well as data analysis and interpretation of EGG. |
