慢性便秘的生物反馈治疗规范化流程

生物反馈治疗技术被国内外多部指南或共识推荐为功能性排便障碍、排便失禁、肛门直肠疼痛等肛门、直肠功能性疾病的一线疗法。目前，我国各级医院均将生物反馈应用于慢性便秘的治疗。然而，由于患者自身情况以及医师指导方式的差异，生物反馈治疗的效果差异较大。为规范该技术在慢性便秘治疗中的操作和应用，中华医学会消化病学分会胃肠动力学组、功能性胃肠病协作组与中国健康促进基金会等共同开展胃肠动力诊疗质控评估建设专科协作公益项目（GIMQCC），牵头制定此规范化操作流程。制定过程中邀请国内相关领域专家对国内外相关文献进行检索、梳理、讨论，确定内容。该规范化流程涉及慢性便秘生物反馈治疗的原理、适应证和禁忌证、操作流程和注意事项以及规范化随访。

Standardized Protocol for Biofeedback Therapy in Chronic Constipation

Biofeedback therapy has been recommended as a first-line treatment for anorectal functional disorders, such as defecation dysfunction, fecal incontinence, and anal pain by multiple domestic and international guidelines and consensuses. Currently, biofeedback therapy is applied to treat chronic constipation at hospitals of various levels in China. However, the efficacies of biofeedback therapy vary greatly due to the differences in patients′ condition and the treatment methods provided by doctors. In order to standardize the operation and application of this technology in the treatment of chronic constipation, the Gastrointestinal Motility Group and Collaborative Group of Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders of Chinese Society of Gastroenterology, Chinese Medical Association and the China Health Promotion Foundation jointly launched the public welfare project of Gastrointestinal Motility Quality Control Circle (GIMQCC), and took the lead in the development of standardized operational procedures. During this process, experts in related field were invited to retrieve, review, and discuss the relevant literature, and to finalize the content. This protocol covers the principles, indications and contraindications, operational procedures and precautions, as well as the standardized follow-up of biofeedback therapy in chronic constipation.
